1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions shall carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the turbo66.one website together with all applications, software and services provided through it.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account with turbo66.
• "Services" covers all games, sports betting, live casino, online slots, horse racing, virtual sports and any other features offered on the platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds available in a member's account for betting or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means free credits granted by turbo66 to members through promotions, welcome schemes or VIP programmes, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the cumulative betting amount a member must reach before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are used for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

2. Member Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Every applicant must be at least 21 years old at the date of registration. turbo66 reserves the right to request a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or other valid identification document to verify the applicant's age. Registrations made with false information regarding age will result in the forfeiture of all balances in the relevant account.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the turbo66 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or other identity details, is a serious breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances within them may be blocked.

2.3 Registration Information

Members are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes the full name as shown on the MyKad, an active mobile number, a valid email address and correct payment details. Official communications from turbo66 will be sent to the registered email address or mobile number.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

turbo66 carries out a know your customer (KYC) process to comply with international licensing standards and to prevent illegal activity. Members may be asked to submit documents verifying their identity, address and source of funds at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

turbo66 does not offer services to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them.

3. Account Usage and Management

3.1 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for the security of their password and login details. turbo66 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately via 24/7 live chat.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity carried out through your account, including betting, withdrawals and profile changes, is considered to have been done with your knowledge and consent. turbo66 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login details.

3.3 Updating Information

Members are responsible for updating their personal information whenever any changes occur, including mobile number, email address and bank account or e-wallet details. Failure to update this information may delay the verification and withdrawal process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

turbo66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments which are subject to the prevailing exchange rate.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit is RM20 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all methods. turbo66 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals.

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted, subject to completed identity verification. Withdrawal requests that require additional review may take longer, and the turbo66 team will notify the member via email or live chat.

4.4 Bonus Withdrawals

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering using bonus funds, after the wagering requirements have been fully met, are eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.

4.5 Source of Funds

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. turbo66 does not accept deposits from third parties. Withdrawals will also only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 Welcome Bonus

turbo66 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal from bonus-related winnings can be made.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM150 bringing your balance to RM250. You need to place bets totalling RM1,500 (RM150 × 10) before winnings from the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Likewise, a deposit of RM1,400 gives a bonus of RM1,000 with a balance of RM2,400, and the wagering requirement is RM10,000 (RM1,000 × 10).

5.2 VIP Programme

The turbo66 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members are promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and loyalty on the platform. Weekly cashback benefits are as follows:

• 🥉 Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• 🥈 Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• 🥇 Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.3 General Promotion Terms

All promotions are for the use of legitimate members only and are non-transferable. turbo66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion if there is evidence of misuse, fraud or attempts to exploit promotion terms. turbo66's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.

6. Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all online slot games, live casino, sports betting and other games on the turbo66 platform are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear and provable technical error. turbo66 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, software fault or system disruption affecting game outcomes or account balances, turbo66 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the original stake to the member's account. Payments made in error due to a technical fault may be reclaimed by turbo66.

6.3 Sports Betting

For the sports betting section, all bets are considered final once confirmed by the system. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed, and the system will notify the member of such changes. Postponed or cancelled matches will be handled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the sport concerned.

6.4 Game Suspension

If a game session is disconnected due to internet connection issues on the member's end, turbo66 is not responsible for any losses that arise. Members are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before starting a game session.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the turbo66 platform:

• Opening more than one account to obtain bonuses or promotions unlawfully
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage in games
• Colluding with other members to manipulate match or game outcomes (collusion)
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities without notifying turbo66
• Providing false or misleading information to turbo66 at any stage
• Transferring funds between member accounts through unapproved means

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The turbo66 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. turbo66 does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times, and is not responsible for any data loss or service disruption caused by factors outside turbo66's control.

8.2 Limitation of Compensation

turbo66's liability to any member, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of active deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made. turbo66 is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.

8.3 Force Majeure

turbo66 is not responsible for any failure to fulfil obligations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure disruptions, actions by authorities, or other force majeure events.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the turbo66 customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected]. All valid cash balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned after the verification process is complete.

9.2 Closure by turbo66

turbo66 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a member has violated any of these terms and conditions. In such cases, turbo66 also reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings associated with the problematic activity.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Amendments to Terms, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Right to Amend

turbo66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on the turbo66.one website. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Licensing and Jurisdiction

turbo66 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through the arbitration process determined by the relevant licensing authority.
